Moneycorp is a leading international payments firm headquartered in London, at the heart of global fintech innovation.

To accelerate their digital transformation, and jump partnered with the business to translate the brand into a cohesive, scalable digital experience. We created a flexible digital brand and content system, upgraded legacy infrastructure, and developed practical toolkits to embed change and enable long-term success.

The Research: Human-Centric by Design

We put human-centric thinking at the core of our approach—blending quantitative data with qualitative insights to deeply understand customer needs and behaviours. This research helped us challenge assumptions and define how Moneycorp could genuinely deliver value to its customers across global markets.

The Strategy: A Vision for Scalable Growth

Working collaboratively, we co-created a digital vision, strategy, and roadmap to guide transformation. A clear proposition and set of experience pillars shaped decisions across design and technology.

To support flexibility at scale, we introduced a modular content system—built around reusable blocks rather than rigid templates—enabling faster rollouts, easier localisation, and more agile marketing execution.

Mapped the experience, audited the content

To deliver at speed and scale, we took a modular, system-first approach: We started by mapping the user journey and auditing content across all sites to understand structure, gaps, and patterns.

Instead of designing individual pages, we identified flexible content blocks that could be combined in multiple ways.

We prioritised high-value blocks to maximise design flexibility while keeping development focused and achievable. Non-essential blocks were added to a backlog.


Designed a responsive system of building blocks

This block-based system allowed us to assemble pages quickly like a jigsaw, adapting to local content needs without sacrificing consistency.


Delivered a content style guide to provide consistency

We delivered ready-to-fill wireframes and a content style guide—giving internal teams clear direction, speeding up production, and ensuring consistency across all markets.
